Before joining her dad Rod Long in the business, she was an ESL teacher in Macau, China and for five years, ran a fitness and yoga business. She is a U.S. Army Veteran, has an MBA from Western Governors University, a BA in English from Concordia University, Irvine, and an AA in Korean from DLI in Monterey, California. She and her husband Adam have two children, Rook and Pepper. Courtney was Charter President/board member of the Active 20-30 Club Redding and is a Past Active Life Member. She is also an Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce and yoga instructor at the YMCA.
